Free PCB Design
For first-time customers, Anpllopcb is offering FREE PCB Design services. To avail of this offer, customers are requested to submit documents like:
- Schematic Drawing — in *.sch file / PDF file / Hand Drawn.
- Bill of Materials — In *.xlx / CSV / PDF / Text file / Print format
- Special Instructions for — Critical Component Placement, PCB Dimensions, Impedance Control, Speed and Frequency, Current and Voltage ratings, mounting arrangements, etc.
- Please ensure the PCB is a two or four-layer board and is smaller than 30 square inches in size.
- If your board has a complex design, please allow 5 to 7 days for design.
- We transfer all Gerber files to the customer as it is their property.

PCB Layout Design Services We Provide
As part of our custom PCB design services, we also offer PCB reverse engineering in case of missing documentation and redesign services to fix defects and optimize existing PCB designs for scrap management costs. Anpllopcb’s custom PCB design services help customers get to market faster by ensuring performance and manufacturability with experienced PCB engineers. Our PCB layout design services team has designed and deployed over 10,000 PCBs in the market, including over 100 MIL standard Class-3 PCB and HDI PCB assemblies.
- An initial consultation to discuss your design is always free.
- We can help you select the right parts for your PCB design.
- We can take your schematic in any form (pdf, sketch, etc.) and convert it into a proper electronic CAD format.
- We will create Altium schematic symbols and PCB footprints for each part in your design.
- After completing the schematic, we will submit it for your review.
- We will create a PCB outline and do a preliminary placement of all parts.
- Upon your approval of the parts placement, we will continue with the detailed PCB layout.
- If your design needs flex or rigid/flex technology, we can help.
- We can also help you design firmware for your designs that contain microcontrollers and/or CPLDs or FPGAs.

DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Checks
- We use CAMMaster and EMS Magician to check your design for DFM errors.
- If you wish, you can provide a custom DFM Rule set to control the DFM process.
- Silkscreen clipping is performed automatically if needed.
- 3D view of both front and back side of PCB.
Fabrication Files:
- Gerber Files
- Drill Files
- Rout data for PCB cutouts
- BOM, including unit and 1,000 piece parts cost.
- Pick and Place file (centroid data) for automated assembly.
- Assembly Drawings.
- Firmware files (if needed).
Panelized Data – If your design can benefit from panelization, we will include at no additional charge.
- We add PCB fiducials.
- We add PCB rails with both fiducials and tooling holes.
- You can specify X by Y array parameters.
- We can add mouse bites and/or V-Scoring.
- The same files that are provided for the one-up design are provided for the panelized version.
We design and manufacture
PCB design is just the first part of our process. For complete problem-solving, our electrical engineers supervise the design throughout our in-house manufacturing process. Our engineers are on the floor during the prototyping phase quickly identifying any potential issues or improvements. We can recognize and pinpoint complications while the prototype is in the manufacturing process and promptly correct the problem. Rather than segmenting the design and manufacturing phases, the electrical engineers that provide the PCB design services will also oversee the manufacturing phase, so the project’s PCB expert is involved in every step.
